A roadside station that primarily handles walnuts, a specialty of Tomi City, as well as local agricultural products and processed goods. Inside the facility is an information corner about Raiden Tamenouemon, a legendary sumo wrestler from the Edo period born in this region, where you can learn about this champion who maintained a near-undefeated record throughout his life. Learning about Raiden, the inspiration for the festival's name, before heading to the event venue will make the night festival feel more personal and meaningful.

東御市の田中商店街一帯を舞台に開かれる「雷電まつり〜東御どすこいSUNSUN〜」です。2026年は8月1日(土)に開催され、江戸時代に活躍した郷土出身の伝説の大力士・雷電爲右エ門にちなみ、相撲にまつわる催しや地域の踊りで商店街が賑わいます。屋台も軒を連ね、地域の団体や子どもたちによる出し物も見どころのひとつです。このコースでは、昼間に海野宿や雷電にまつわるスポットを巡ったあと、夜はその集大成として商店街の賑わいを楽しむ構成にしています。
