南北朝時代に築かれたと伝わる五ヶ所城の跡地にある愛洲の館で開かれる祭りです。この地は、剣術の源流のひとつとされる愛洲陰流の祖・愛洲移香斎の出身地と伝えられており、剣祖祭ではその功績をしのんで奉納演武などが行われます。2026年は8月23日(日)の開催で、静かな城址に武術ゆかりの緊張感ある空気が漂います。海と山に囲まれた南伊勢町の歴史の奥深さに、家族でふれられる貴重な機会です。
