An experience facility where visitors can observe and try the traditional method of making Noda Salt, passed down in the village for generations. By boiling down seawater to make salt, you can learn the wisdom of village life that has lived with the Sanriku sea. You can take home the salt you create as a souvenir. It's one of the unique experiences that truly embodies the blessings of the sea.

愛宕神社例大祭野田まつりは、三陸の海に面した野田村で毎年夏に開かれる、村を挙げての一大行事です。2026年は8月21日から23日までの3日間開催され、村民広場「のんちゃん広場」を中心に神輿や太鼓の行列、地域の伝統芸能が披露されます。会場には屋台も並び、小さな村ならではのアットホームな雰囲気の中、住民と旅行者が一体となって夏の夜を楽しみます。海辺の村らしく、日中の海遊びと夜の祭りをどちらも味わえるのがこの日の魅力です。
Tips
会場周辺の駐車スペースは限られるため、早めの到着がおすすめです。夜は海風で涼しくなることがあるので羽織ものがあると安心。荒天時の開催可否は主催者の発表を確認してください。
