A research facility conducting ecological surveys and conservation activities for sea turtles inhabiting the waters around Kuroshima. In the aquariums inside the facility, you can observe actual sea turtles up close. The exhibits clearly explain the island's natural environment and coral reef ecosystem, making it perfect for children's independent research projects. Its convenient location near the port is also appealing, allowing visitors to stop by immediately upon arriving at the island.

Accessible by bicycle or on foot from Kuroshima Port. The interior is not particularly spacious, so you may need to wait during busy times. You can enjoy the visit more by timing it with keeper explanations.
