About this spot

This natural park is laid out in the lush forest of the Boso hills, with walking paths, campsites and woodworking workshops. It is just the right size for an unhurried walk with some forest bathing before heading to Toyofusa Great Falls. Simply walking through the cool air among the trees makes for a stretch of time when you can forget the summer heat. Many of the paths are flat and easy to walk even with small children, which is another attraction.

Tips

Use of the walking paths is free. There are many insects at this time of year, so bringing insect repellent spray makes the visit more comfortable. Checking the location of toilets and parking in advance keeps things smooth.

About 1 hour. The morning before the sun gets strong is the most comfortable
