About this spot

This is a farm produce direct-sales shop in Kitatakane, Shirako Town. It offers local vegetables carefully grown mainly with organic fertilizer, with tomatoes and onions being especially popular; in May, the specialty Shirako onions appear on the shelves. Browsing seasonal vegetables while shopping builds excitement for the start of your trip. It's also a good idea to stock up on drinks here before heading to the beach.

Tips

Selection is richest in the morning, so an early visit is recommended for finding souvenirs. Stopping by in the morning before it gets crowded also means plenty of parking space.

About 45 minutes. A morning visit makes for a smooth stop.
