Shirako Nature Park spreads along the Nabaki River and features a lawn plaza loved by local residents. You can take a leisurely stroll while listening to the murmur of the river, making it a perfect way to move your body and refresh before sea bathing. There's also plenty of shade, so you can rest while avoiding the summer sun, which is another nice point. Spend a moment among the riverside greenery before heading to the sea.

Tips

Parking is limited, so arriving early is reassuring. Taking breaks on the shaded benches along the way makes it easier to walk around even in summer.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour. Mornings, before the sun gets strong, are comfortable.
