About this spot

This water play area inside Shirakobato Water Park (しらこばと水上公園) in Koshigaya City opens in 2026 on the weekends of Saturday July 4 and Sunday July 5 and Saturday July 11 and Sunday July 12, then almost daily from Saturday, July 18 to Monday, August 31, plus Saturday, September 5 and Sunday, September 6. It sits inside the paid summer pool area, at 1,100 yen for adults and 300 yen for elementary and junior high school students, with preschool children free. The shallow Splash Pond and Toddler Pool are built so that even small children can get used to the water safely, and they are popular with families. There is plenty of shade around, so you can take breaks between sessions of water play and spend the whole day here. Hours are 9:00 to 17:00, with last admission at 16:00.

Tips

Last admission is 16:00, so entering by around 15:00 at the latest is reassuring. Weekends during the summer holidays are expected to be crowded, so entering early in the afternoon lets you spend the time at ease. Changing areas and rest spaces are provided, so bring plenty of towels and drinks.

Best time to visit

Entering at 13:00 lets you claim a spot before the peak crowds and play a full 4 hours until 17:00
