Yamanakadani Station (山中渓駅) on the JR Hanwa Line is a small station right beside Wanpaku Okoku. A walking path lined with cherry trees runs along the river near the station, so you can enjoy a stroll while taking in the quiet valley scenery. The green surroundings stay relatively comfortable even in summer, making it just the right place for a light walk before water play. The peaceful atmosphere cherished by local people is another appeal.

わんぱく王国は、JR阪和線山中渓駅からすぐの場所に広がる、緑豊かな山あいの公園です。2026年は6月1日(月)から8月31日(月)まで、正門近くの水遊び広場が営業します。夏の日差しの中、水しぶきを浴びながら思いきり水遊びを楽しめるスポットとして、地元の家族連れに親しまれています。周囲は緑の山々に囲まれており、木陰も多いため、水遊びの合間に休憩を挟みながら過ごせます。

現地の運営時間や当日の状況は事前に阪南市の公式情報で確認しておくと安心です。夏休み期間の週末は混み合うことがあるため、こまめな休憩と水分補給を心がけましょう。着替えスペースも確認しておくと安心です。

Much of the walking path is paved, so it is easy going with a stroller. Some stretches have little to block the sun, so prepare a hat and sunscreen.
