About this spot

Lavender Park Itadori (ラベンダーパーク板取) is a lavender field spreading across a rise along the Itadori River. In summer the whole expanse turns purple, and you can enjoy a stroll wrapped in its sweet fragrance. From the grounds you can also look out over the mountains of Itadori and the flow of the Itadori River, an open and expansive view. It is a spot where you can spend unhurried time before river play, gazing at the flower fields and taking photos.

Tips

The peak season shifts slightly from year to year, so checking the bloom status before visiting is reassuring. The grounds are mainly outdoors, so do not forget a hat and sunscreen during the sunniest hours. You can also buy lavender-related souvenirs at the shop.

About 1 hour 15 minutes. The morning, when the flower colors look vivid, is recommended
