About this spot
Rinshi no Mori Park (林試の森公園) is a park created from the vast green site of a former forestry experiment station. There is an area within the grounds where a steam locomotive is displayed, a particularly popular spot with children who love vehicles. The grounds are thick with large trees and have plenty of shade, so it stays relatively cool even in midsummer. Jabu-Jabu Pond is within the same park, so moving on is easy. It can be enjoyed casually as a light detour before water play.

林試の森公園のじゃぶじゃぶ池は、7月1日から9月30日まで楽しめる無料の水遊び場です。午前10時から11時50分までの入替制で運営されており、浅い水深なので小さな子どもでも安心して遊べます。大きな木々に囲まれた立地で、水遊びのあとは木陰で涼みながら過ごせるのも魅力です。毎週木曜日は清掃点検のため休止となるほか、荒天時や気温が低い日は中止となる点にも注意しましょう。近所でのお出かけとして、午前中だけでしっかり楽しめる貴重なスポットです。
Tips
利用時間は午前10時から11時50分までの一区切りなので、開始時間に合わせて到着すると長く遊べます。着替えやタオルは多めに用意し、日焼け対策も忘れずに行いましょう。

It is in the same park as Jabu-Jabu Pond, so going around in easy-to-move clothing is recommended. It is a popular spot, so be considerate of other visitors when taking photos.

About 15 minutes. Stopping by just before heading to Jabu-Jabu Pond is recommended.
