About this spot
Jabu-Jabu Pond (じゃぶじゃぶ池) at Ogu no Hara Park is a free water-play area that can be enjoyed from 1 July to 30 September. It operates from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with several water-stopped intervals during the day. It sits within a park of wide open meadow, so after water play you can relax on the grass. The setting for nature observation, including dragonflies, is another appeal, letting you combine water play with contact with nature. Note that it is closed on designated Mondays and cancelled on days with typhoons, rain, or low temperatures.

Tips
Arriving outside the water-stopped intervals lets you start playing smoothly. Bring plenty of spare clothes and towels, and do not forget sun protection.
Best time to visit
The early afternoon hours, avoiding the water-stopped intervals, are easiest for play.
