In the ranch area of Kodomo no Kuni you can meet ponies, sheep, goats and other animals up close. There are times of day for milking and pony rides, making it a special stretch of time for children who love animals. Soft-serve ice cream made with the ranch's own milk is on sale as well, and it is worth tasting during a break. Before you set off walking around the wide grounds, this is a spot for spending relaxed time with the animals.

こどもの国の「せせらぎ」は、浅い流れを利用した水遊び場です。2026年は3月中旬から10月中旬までオープンし、こどもの国の開園中は入園料のみで利用できます。営業時間は午前9時30分から午後4時30分まで(7・8月は午後5時まで)です。水深が浅く流れも穏やかなため、小さな子どもでも安心して水に親しめます。周囲は木々に囲まれ木陰も多いため、休憩を挟みながら長時間過ごしやすいのも魅力です。

Tips

最終入場は営業終了の少し前までとなるため、午後の遅い時間に訪れる場合は残り時間を確認しておきましょう。着替えやタオルは多めに用意しておくと、水浸しになって遊んだ後も快適に過ごせます。
