About this spot

Within the grounds of Kodomo no Kuni (こどもの国) is a cycling course that runs through lush, green hilly terrain. A variety of bikes are available for rent, including tandem bikes and ones sized for children, so even small kids can enjoy riding with their family. The course has some ups and downs, giving you more exercise than you might expect — a great warm-up before water play. The exhilaration of riding through the greenery with the wind in your face is a charm unique to these spacious grounds.

Tips

Since the number of rental bikes is limited, it's reassuring to head to the rental counter early on busy holidays. Don't forget a hat and to stay hydrated during hours when the sun is strong.
