中原区を代表する大きな緑地で、競技場や体育館、広場や池が広い敷地に散らばっています。木々の育った園路は日陰が多く、夏でも歩きやすいのがうれしいところ。釣り池のまわりや花壇では季節の景色が楽しめ、のんびり歩くだけで気分が変わります。芝生の広場もあるので、子どもが走り回りたくなったら思いきり体を動かせます。午前の締めくくりに緑の中を歩いて、昼食に向かいましょう。
Tips
敷地がとても広いので、目的の場所を決めてから歩くと迷いません。イベント開催日は周辺の道路や駐車場が混み合うため、公共交通での移動が確実です。日陰の多い園路を選んで歩くと体力を消耗しません。
