A swimming beach spreading along Nagahama Beach in Nagai, Yokosuka City, open in 2026 from Saturday, July 4 to Monday, August 31. Shallow sands with gentle waves spread out, and it is loved as a swimming beach where small children can play in the water safely. The surroundings are wrapped in the nature-rich scenery of the Miura Peninsula, and good access from central Tokyo is another of its charms. Beach huts and rest areas are in place, creating an environment where it is easy to catch your breath between spells in the water.

Tips
