A swimming beach spreading along the shore of Koshigoe in Kamakura City, open in 2026 from Wednesday, July 1 to Monday, August 31. Swimming hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Its hallmark is a location looking out at Enoshima up close, letting you bathe amid photogenic scenery. It is also close to the Enoden stations, and easy access that combines with sightseeing in Kamakura and Enoshima is another charm. The waves are relatively calm, making it a swimming beach where families can spread out comfortably.

Tips
It can be reached on foot from Koshigoe Station or Enoshima Station on the Enoden line. Summer sand gets hot, so beach sandals are essential. Swimming ends at 5:00 p.m., so allowing time to change and wrapping up a little early is recommended.
