About this spot

Yasuragi Pond (やすらぎの池) at 138 Tower Park is a water-play spot spreading at the foot of Twin Arch 138 (ツインアーチ138), the symbol tower of Kiso Sansen Park. In 2026, water flows into the pond during opening hours from mid-March to November, and sprinkler fountains also operate from mid-July to early September. The waterside is shallow and calm, so even small children can safely touch the water. During some periods the park also runs lending events for water pistols and similar items, widening the range of family fun. It is the climax of an open, airy day spent looking up at the symbol of Ichinomiya.

Tips

The operating hours of the sprinkler fountains and whether the water-pistol lending event is running vary by season, so checking the official website in advance is reassuring. Even though the water is shallow, do not take your eyes off the children, and laying out a picnic sheet to secure a rest space makes the visit more comfortable.
