Sasaki Nobutsuna Memorial Museum (佐佐木信綱記念館)

About this spot

A memorial museum along the old Tokaido road in Ishiyakushi, dedicated to the poet Sasaki Nobutsuna, who was born in this town. His birthplace remains standing, and you can see up close a building that conveys the daily life of the Edo and Meiji periods just as it was. The exhibits trace the path of a man who made words his life's work, through documents in his own hand and objects he used. The streets around it still carry the look of a post town, so strolling past the old houses on the way to the next destination is a pleasure in itself. Being indoors, it also lets you spend the hours of strong sunlight somewhere cool.

鈴鹿市の鈴鹿フラワーパークにある無料の水遊び場です。鈴鹿市の『水景施設稼働情報』(令和8年6月現在)では、噴水などの水景施設は6月16日(火)から稼働し、9:00〜16:00の時間帯に水が流れます。鈴鹿市は公園の『道具の種類』に水遊び場を明記しており、園内には噴水のほか花の丘・桜の広場が広がり、緑の中で水遊びができるのが魅力です。ローラースライダーやマウンテンロードなど24種類を組み合わせた大型複合遊具、インクルーシブ遊具もあるので、水に飽きても遊び場所が尽きません。木陰が多く、休憩と水遊びを交互にはさみやすいのも子連れには助かります。料金は無料なので、暑い日の午後だけ立ち寄る使い方もできます。

Tips

清掃のため2026年8月3日(月)は停止予定です。この日は水が出ないので日程をずらしてください。シーズンの終了日は未発表のため、9月以降に訪れる場合は鈴鹿市の水景施設稼働情報で当日の稼働を確認しましょう。水が出るのは16:00までなので、着替えの時間を見込んで15時台には切り上げると慌てずに済みます。おむつが取れていない子は水遊び用おむつを用意してください。

Tips

Check the opening hours and closed days in advance. The old highway is narrow and cars pass through, so hold your children's hands as you walk. The exhibits are mostly text, so with small children, allowing more time to look at the building and garden keeps them from getting bored.
