Suzuka City's Water Feature Operation Information (as of June 2026) states that the fountain and other water features begin running on Tuesday, June 16, with water flowing between 9:00 and 16:00. Suzuka City lists a water play area among the park's facilities, and inside the grounds, along with the fountain, Flower Hill and Cherry Blossom Plaza spread out, so the appeal is playing in water surrounded by greenery. There is also a large combination play structure combining 24 kinds of equipment such as a roller slide and a mountain road, plus inclusive play equipment, so places to play never run out even when the water loses its appeal. There is plenty of shade, making it easy to alternate between rest and water play, which is a help for families. There is no charge, so dropping in for just the afternoon on a hot day also works.

Water runs only until 16:00, so allowing time to change and wrapping up during the 15:00 hour saves you from rushing. For children not yet out of diapers, bring swim diapers.
