This roadside station sits along a main road in Asahi City and is well stocked with fresh vegetables from local farmers and processed seafood products caught near Asahi. At the food court, you can enjoy set meals and noodle dishes made with local ingredients at reasonable prices, making it ideal for a family lunch. The souvenir corner also carries classic Chiba Prefecture products, so it's convenient to stock up here if you won't be able to stop by on the way back. Since crowds are expected from the evening onward on the day of the fireworks festival, it's recommended to visit with plenty of time to spare during the day. The spacious parking lot also makes access by car comfortable.

Tips

About a 10-minute drive from central Asahi City. The parking lot is spacious and relatively uncrowded during the day even on the day of the fireworks festival. Taking care of souvenir shopping here as well means less to carry as you move around in the evening. It's also a good idea to pick up drinks and snacks here for watching the fireworks.

About 1 hour 15 minutes. Daytime hours are less crowded, letting you take your time browsing and having lunch
