The Shimizudai General Park Fountain Plaza is a water-play spot within Shimizudai General Park in Saito City. Pressing a button releases water for a set time, and being able to operate it themselves is irresistibly fun for children. It operates from Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, September 20, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The same park also has a play area for little kids, large combination play equipment, a long slide, and a grass ski slope, so you can switch between play styles for a long visit — moving to the play equipment when you tire of the water, and to the grassy slope when you get cold. With three gazebos, a kids' restroom, and vending machines, it's a park where you can stay comfortably even with small children.
