This is the free water play area in Kyoei Park in Tajimi City, the Kyoei Park Stream and Wall Fountain. In 2026 the water runs from July 18 to August 31, from 10:00 to 16:00. The stream is only about ankle deep, so its appeal is that you can casually dip your feet in ordinary clothes, with no swimsuit needed. For children who want to get a little wetter there is the wall fountain, where water pours down a wall, and there the depth reaches about a child's knee. Because there are two play areas of different depths, children who are wary of water and those who love it can spend time in the same place. The roller slide and adventure playground are right nearby, so you can dry off on the equipment and then return to the water, using the whole day that way.
