The Kokuei Bihoku Hills Park Bikkuri Shower (Great Lawn Plaza) is a shower fountain in front of the large play structure ‘Kyu-no-Oka’ where water shoots up when you press a button. Since it's a system where you press the button yourself and get splashed yourself, even children afraid of water can get used to it gradually, keeping their distance at first. There's no depth like a pool, and since it's right next to the lawn plaza, it's reassuring that kids can go straight back to their sheet to rest once they're tired of playing. It's free to use, and the only cost is the park's admission fee (free for junior high school students and younger). With cheers going up every time the water shoots up again, it's a signature, popular summer spot at Bihoku Hills Park.

Best in the afternoon after playing on the equipment. Around 4 p.m., as the sun starts to lower, the water feels especially refreshing
