This is the free water play spot in Shiroyama Park (城山公園) in Owariasahi City, the Shiroyama Park Seseragi Stream. The official wording is from late April to early October, and following the usual annual schedule, in 2026 the water is expected to flow from Saturday, April 25 to Monday, October 5, from 10:00 to 17:00. It is on the northeast side of Nagaike Pond (長池) in the park, and because the current is shallow, even small children can play at their own pace by wading across or sitting down in it. Since Skyward Asahi and Sky Park are in the same park, you can go back and forth between the tower or the equipment when tired of the water and back to the water once cooled off, which is this park's strength. Since it is free, you can also just stop by briefly in the evening.

Tips

Operation may stop without notice due to various circumstances, so please check the Owariasahi City official website for that day's operation before you set out. Stones are slippery, so water shoes that protect the soles of your feet bring peace of mind. The water stops at 17:00, so working backward to allow time for packing up and changing and finishing around 4:30 p.m. lets you head home calmly. After water play, rinse off well and take breaks in the shade between play to prevent heatstroke.
