Splash Pond, Fureai no Sato HASU Park Roadside Station
About this spot
The Splash Pond at Fureai no Sato HASU Park Roadside Station in Aisai City is a free water-play area inside a roadside station that had its grand opening on April 5, 2026. No opening period is published; it follows the station's business hours, so it can be used from 9:00 to 17:00. Next door are an adventure plaza and a playground plaza, so children can keep playing at their own pace, switching to the playground when they tire of the water and back to the water when they tire of the playground. That is this spot's strength. Toilets available 24 hours are another reassuring touch for families. With a farm stand and a place to eat on the same grounds, topping up drinks and snacks is easy too. Admission is free, so a short stop on a drive works as well.

Tips
Closed on Thursdays and over the New Year holidays. Since it has only just opened, there are days when it is unavailable due to maintenance work, so check the official website for the situation on the day before you set out. No opening period is published, so from autumn onward check whether it is operating as well. The roadside station closes at 17:00, so working back from the time you need to pack up and change, getting out of the water around 16:30 makes for a calm trip home. After the water play, rinse off well and take breaks in the shade to prevent heatstroke. For children not yet out of nappies, please bring swim nappies.
Best time to visit
About 2 and a half hours. The afternoon, when the sun softens, is recommended, and allow enough time to wrap up before the 17:00 close
