The Omori Miwa Park Water Play Area (Waterfront Facility) is a free water-play spot at Omori Miwa Park in Ota City. In 2026, it's scheduled to be open from Thursday, April 23 to around Wednesday, September 30, from 10:00 to 16:00; since the closing date isn't officially announced by the ward, late September is a rough guide based on past years. The facility has flowing water, and since the water is shallow, even small children who have just started walking can walk around on their own. The water is filtered and disinfected, but is not drinkable. It's a community-based play spot tucked within a residential area of Omori, and without the crowds of a larger facility, parents and children can spend a relaxed time together. Opening as early as late April is another nice thing about this facility.

It's closed for regular cleaning on August 12. Since the closing date isn't officially announced by the ward, if you're visiting in September, check the opening status on the Ota City official website before you leave. The water isn't drinkable, so be sure to bring your own drinks. In spring and early summer, the water is still cold, so having something to wrap up in right after getting out is reassuring. Changing space is limited, so wearing your swimwear underneath your clothes will shorten your prep time on site.

Entering from 13:30 lets you play for two and a half hours until the 16:00 closing time.
