This park lies next to Philosopher's Park and stretches along the Myojoji River. It has a grassy open area and clusters of trees, and the river breeze noticeably lowers how hot it feels even in midsummer if you sit for a while. Since it connects directly on foot from Philosopher's Park, you can move naturally from your morning stroll into lunch. There's also open space for exercise, so you can get moving a bit after lunch before heading off. The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, making it a good spot for a calm family lunch.

Tips

As a rule, you should take your trash home with you, so bring extra bags. Some parts of the riverbank have no fence, so keep a close eye on small children. The river can rise after heavy rain, so stay away from the water's edge at those times. Avoid going into the water right after eating, rest well before heading to the pool.
