A roadside station in Kasuga-cho, Tamba City, centered on a local farm produce market. In summer, stalls are stocked with locally grown tomatoes, cucumbers, and corn, along with a wide selection of processed goods and sweets made from Tamba's black soybeans. There's a grassy plaza and rest areas, so children can stretch their legs right after getting out of the car. The facility also has a place to eat, so you could even have breakfast here. Buying snacks and drinks for the pool all at once makes things easier for the rest of the day.

Tips

Located right by the Kasuga Interchange on the Maizuru-Wakasa Expressway, about a 5-minute drive to the pool. The parking lot gets crowded on summer weekends, so an early morning visit is more comfortable. When buying fresh produce, a cooler bag is handy so items don't sit too long in the car.
