Hotel Listel Inawashiro Garden Pool is the outdoor pool of a resort hotel spread across a plateau at the foot of Mt. Bandai. In 2026 it's open from July 18 through August 31, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and can be used for a day visit even without staying overnight. Thanks to the higher elevation, the air stays cool even in midsummer, and playing in the water amid open highland scenery is a charm unique to Inawashiro. The same facility has an indoor Kur Haus and Pool C's (クアハウス＆プールC's) with eight kinds of natural hot-spring baths, a pool area, and a swimsuit-required sauna, which also works as a place to rest if the weather turns or after you've tired yourselves out playing outdoors.

Tips

For entry in swimwear, it's 2,500 yen for day visitors and 1,500 yen for overnight guests, with a usage time of up to 2 hours. Fees and usage conditions vary by season, so check official information before heading out. It closes in the rain, so also check the day's weather forecast. Because of the high elevation, you may feel a chill after getting out of the water, so it's reassuring to bring something to wrap up in.

Entering early in the afternoon lets you use the full 2-hour window to play.
