About this spot

A prefectural facility in Nanasawa, Atsugi City, with an exhibition room and gallery introducing the natural environments of Tanzawa and Hakone, plus a nature observation garden where you can enjoy each season's nature. Admission is free, and it's open 9:00-16:30. Free mini nature-observation events are sometimes held on Sundays and public holidays, making it a perfect way to learn about Tanzawa's nature before your hill walk.

Tips

Closed on Mondays, the day after public holidays, and during the New Year holidays. The outdoor observation garden is free to stroll through, so you can take your time at your child's pace.
