About this spot

A station on the Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line, and the starting point for a walk toward Maioka Park (舞岡公園). Leaving the station, fields and greenery spread along the Maioka River (舞岡川), opening onto a peaceful landscape you wouldn't expect within Yokohama City. You can walk to the park along a satoyama path, so the walk itself is part of the enjoyment.

Tips

It's about a 25-minute walk to the park. Families with small children should allow plenty of time.
