About this spot

A one-minute walk from the east exit of Kawasaki Station, this is an urban aquarium located on the 9th and 10th floors of Kawasaki Le Front (川崎ルフロン). Under the theme of the world's beautiful waterside, it displays creatures ranging from the Tama River to Asia, Africa, and the Amazon in South America, using lighting, sound, and video effects. Open 10:00-20:00 (last admission 19:00). Admission is 2,200 yen for adults, 1,700 yen for high school students, 1,400 yen for elementary and junior high school students, and 800 yen for young children (age 4 and up).

Tips

From October to March, the interior switches to the Night Kawasui presentation from 16:00. If you go in during the early afternoon before the illuminations, you can enjoy both the bright daytime exhibits and the nighttime presentation.
