This event decorates each of the seven Western-style houses standing on the hill of Yamate (the Diplomat's House, Bluff No. 18, Berrick Hall, the Ehrismann Residence, the British House Yokohama, Yamate 111 Bankan, and the Former Yamate 68 Bankan) with a Christmas theme from a different country. It is typically held from December 1 to December 25, with free admission (based on 2025 results). Once the sun sets, the decorations and window lights stand out, and the entire hill is wrapped in a Christmas atmosphere. Some years feature nighttime candle displays or light-ups on certain days. The 2026 schedule, each house's opening hours, and whether nighttime openings will be held have not yet been announced, so please be sure to check the official website.

Visiting all seven houses makes for quite a walk. If you're traveling with children, it's manageable to narrow it down to the two houses within Harbor View Park plus Berrick Hall and the Ehrismann Residence. Since visiting hours for each house's interior differ, start touring early in the evening.
