About this spot

This free garden sits on the rooftop of Sotetsu Joinus. Covering a total area of 4,600 square meters, it is dotted with about 20,000 trees and sculptures, creating a green space that hardly feels like it's directly above Yokohama Station. From October to February it is open from 10:00 to 17:00, so it's recommended to stop by during the day before the illuminations.

Tips

Closing time is early, at 17:00 (October to February), so visit while it's still light out. There are plenty of benches, making it a good spot for tired little ones to rest.
