About this spot
A winter illumination lit by the local shopping street, held at the roundabout in front of Kitakurihama Station. It typically lights up from late November each year (last year: from late November 2025; the end date has not been confirmed in primary sources). Admission is free, and since it is right by the station, access by train is convenient, making it easy to stop by along with shopping and dinner. The schedule and lighting hours for the 2026-27 season have not yet been announced, so please check the official website before you go.
