This prefectural park comprises the former villa grounds of the Mitsui zaibatsu and the Former Yoshida Shigeru Residence area; strolling the park is free. The Former Yoshida Shigeru Residence is open from 9:00 to 16:30 (last entry 16:00), and touring the residence itself requires a fee. From the gardens and viewpoints, you can enjoy views toward Sagami Bay and the Hakone area. The well-maintained paths are easy to walk with children, and the autumn foliage is also a highlight.

Tips

The Former Yoshida Shigeru Residence is closed every Monday (or the following day if Monday is a holiday) and on the 1st of every month. If you just want to stroll the garden, it's free.
