About this spot

This station on the Odakyu Odawara Line is a gateway for hiking and outings, with buses departing for the Tanzawa and Okura area. Take the bus bound for Okura from platform 2 at the north exit bus rotary, and it's about 15 minutes to Okura, home of Kanagawa Prefectural Hadano Togawa Park; the same route also serves the Hachiman Shrine bus stop, the nearest stop to Farm Square Tanzawa no Mori. Pick up drinks and snacks around the station before setting off.

Tips

Buses to Okura run less frequently at certain times of day, so it's reassuring to check the outbound and return schedules in advance.
