About this spot

This is a station on the JR Keihin-Tohoku/Negishi Line (JR京浜東北・根岸線), with an excellent location just about a 3-minute walk from the Hamagin Kids Space Science Center (はまぎん こども宇宙科学館). There are supermarkets and shops clustered in front of the station, so you can stock up on drinks and snacks before heading out. With good train access, it's nice to be able to keep your walking distance to a minimum even on hot days.

Tips

Both the science museum and the Kodomo Log House (こどもログハウス) are just a short walk from the station, making it easy to enjoy a light day without needing a car.
