About this spot

An open, spacious park near the mouth of the Sagami River (相模川), with a wide lawn plaza and playground equipment, popular with families. The sea is nearby, so you can play freely while feeling the breeze typical of Shonan. Admission is free. Getting some exercise here in the morning lets you enjoy the afternoon's old farmhouse visit in a calm frame of mind.

Tips

Open 6:00-18:45. Closed on the 2nd Monday (if that is a holiday, closed the following weekday instead). Parking is free for up to 2 hours.
