About this spot

A dam lake at an elevation of 1,513 meters with a 12 km shoreline, located within Joshin'etsu-kogen National Park. Adjacent to Nozori Lake Campground, it offers pleasant walks with lake views.

Tips

Due to the high elevation, mornings and evenings can feel chilly even in summer, so bring a jacket to be safe.
