Admission is generally free, no reservation required (if capacity is limited, apply by phone to the Heartopia Anpachi astronomy staff). The meeting point is in front of the 2nd-floor planetarium. The Star Watching Party is cancelled in rainy weather and replaced with a planetarium presentation and observatory tour.
