The Naiku (Inner Shrine) of Ise Jingu, located in Ise City, Mie Prefecture. It is open for worship all day from New Year's Day through January 4, allowing for a New Year's visit from New Year's Eve into the early hours of New Year's Day (according to the Ise Jingu official website).
