About this spot

This is the largest day-use hot spring in the Hakuba Happo Onsen area, with an open-air bath containing natural hydrogen offering views of the Hakuba Sanzan mountains. Hours are 10:00-21:00 (last entry 20:30); bathing fees are 1,000 yen for adults (junior high school students and above), 600 yen for children (elementary school students), and 400 yen for young children (ages 3 to preschool).

Tips

Every Thursday the facility opens at noon due to in-house maintenance. Be sure to allow travel time to reach the gondola station in the evening.
