About this spot

This is a highland wetland spreading along the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. A boardwalk has been built, allowing you to walk through a landscape dotted with small ponds called ‘chito.’

Tips

Since the elevation is high and the weather can change quickly, it’s a good idea to bring rain gear.
