About this spot
JR上越線の駅で、谷川岳や谷川岳ロープウェイへの拠点でもある水上温泉郷の玄関口です。駅前には温泉宿や土産物店が並びます。諏訪峡へは温泉街を抜けて徒歩30〜40分、車なら約10分です。
Tips
徒歩の場合は温泉街の散策も兼ねて30〜40分ほど。小さなお子さん連れは道の駅までタクシーを使うと歩く距離を短縮できます。
