A full-day course enjoying Fukuyama City in Hiroshima Prefecture from daytime, centered around the Ashida River Fireworks Grand Display of the 2026 Fukuyama Summer Festival, held on Saturday, August 15, 2026. In the afternoon, stroll through Fukuyama Castle and the surrounding castle town area, and enjoy the view toward the Ashida River from the tenshu (main tower), a symbol of Fukuyama City. Next, visit the historically significant shrines and temples of Kusado Inari Shrine (草戸稲荷神社) and Meiouin (明王院), and feel the rich landscape along the Ashida River as evening approaches. At dusk, secure a spot at the Ashida River Green Space and take care of meal preparation with food stall cuisine.
