2026 Kochi City Summer Cool Fireworks Festival - Full Day Experience Course
A full-day course to enjoy Kochi's summer to the fullest, centered on the Kochi City Summer Cool Fireworks Festival held on August 9, 2026 (Sunday). In the afternoon, survey the castle town from the top of Kochi Castle (高知城), and taste Kochi delicacies including bonito tataki at Hirome Market (ひろめ市場). Then take a walk along Oote-dori (追手筋) lined with the Sunday Market, and head to the Kagami River (鏡川) in the evening for a cooling respite.
