2026 Shin'ya Summer Festival Fireworks Display - Full Day Experience
With the Shin'ya Summer Festival Fireworks Display starting at 8:30 PM on July 24, 2026 (Friday) as the centerpiece, this course lets you enjoy Oozu city - known as Iyo's Little Kyoto - throughout the day. In the daytime, spend quiet moments at Joroji Temple with connections to the Shin'ya clan, enjoy the panoramic views from Oozu Castle's tower, appreciate the scenic riverside garden at Garyusan-so, and stroll the old-fashioned town streets on Ohanashan-dori. In the evening, return to the venue in Shin'ya district for dinner while waiting for the show, and at night, approximately 800 fireworks light up the Shin'ya night sky. A summer day plan unique to Oozu where you can indulge in both castle town exploration and fireworks.
