2026 Otepia Starry Sky: A Full-Day Course

This day centers on the rooftop stargazing event hosted by the Kochi Mirai Kagakukan (Kochi Future Science Museum) (高知みらい科学館) on the 5th floor of Otepia (オーテピア) on Oterusuji in Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture. The event is held about once or twice a month (e.g. 19:00-19:45), open to anyone, and free of charge. From 19:00 you are guided directly to the rooftop by elevator; you cannot go to the rooftop before 19:00. As the dates are irregular, please check the event information on the official website before attending. The location makes it easy to combine with sightseeing in central Kochi City, such as Kochi Castle and Hirome Market.
